At Johnny Dang & Co, we strive for perfection in every custom piece and luxury accessory; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible non-customized items. Please note that all custom-made jewelry, including custom grillz and personalized engravings, are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact before initiating a request.

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original box and use a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package back to our Houston flagship store using a trackable, insured method to protect your high-value investment during transit.
